Following the huge success of the Spring Bank Holiday Weekend in 2009, the very special Weekend of Sequence Dancing and Entertainment is planned again for the 2010 Spring Bank Holiday at one of the UK’s famous Seaside Resorts – Southport.
‘The Academy’ is the home of The Bullen School of Dance and is only a very short walk from Lord Street & the Town Centre. ‘The Academy’ is renowned for its elegant Reception Lounge & Licensed Bar at very reasonable Prices, the spacious Dominique Ballroom and the Academy Bistro which serves light refreshments and snacks.
The Sequence Dancing will be held on Friday Evening, Saturday Evening, & Monday Evening with your Hosts: David & Margaret with Neil & Lesley Marshall, who will ensure everyone has a most enjoyable time.
‘The Academy’ 8th Anniversary Gala Civic Evening & Star Cabaret will be held again on the Sunday evening and will include a superb Banquet and fabulous Cabaret
There is also, again, a Special Bank Holiday Monday Lunchtime ‘Bash’ featuring The fabulous Merseysippi Jazzband incl. a sumptuous Buffet Lunch from 1.00 pm
